Skill level — Confident beginner to intermediate. You’ll work granny clusters in joined rounds, shape the heel, and finish with a ribbed cuff and hanging loop.
Materials — A 5 mm crochet hook, bulky (weight 5) yarn or two strands of worsted (weight 4) yarn held together, scissors, a tapestry needle, and yarn, ribbon, or a metal hook for the hanging loop. Beads and pom-pom makers are optional. The pattern lists approximately 203 yd / 186 m for the large stocking and 37 yd / 34 m for the mini.
