Christmas Bell Ornament | Crochet Pattern PDF
Crochet a Christmas bell with a flared rim, two veined leaves, and a tiny gold jingle bell peeking underneath. Hang it on your tree, or slip a ribbon through the loop to turn it into a gift topper the recipient can keep.
The 8-page English PDF includes round-by-round instructions and stitch counts for the bell shell, plus illustrated guidance for making the raised rim, adding the leaves and berries, and attaching the hanging loop and gold clapper. The pattern uses US crochet terminology and includes two colorways.
Digital product — Your purchase includes a PDF crochet pattern. No finished ornament or physical items will be shipped.
| Colorway | Details |
|---|---|
| Warm ivory | Ivory bell and loop, moss-green leaves, and cranberry-red berries |
| Christmas red | Red bell and loop, soft white leaves, and red cherries with short crocheted stems |
Target finished size — About 4⅛ in tall × 4⅛ in across the opening (10.5 × 10.5 cm). These measurements are for the crochet shell alone. The hanging loop adds about 1.8 in / 4.5 cm above the crown.
Skill level — Confident beginner. You’ll crochet the shell in continuous rounds and finish the rim with reverse single crochet, also called crab stitch. The PDF explains how to work the edging.
Materials — DK cotton, a 3.25 mm crochet hook, a locking stitch marker, a yarn needle, scissors, a ruler, one 15 mm gold jingle bell with a closed attachment eye, and about 14 in / 35 cm of strong fine cotton cord. For the ivory version, allow approximately 65–85 m of ivory, 3–5 m of moss green, and 2–4 m of cranberry red. Finished size and yarn use may vary with gauge.
Pattern usage rights — You may sell the ornaments you make by hand. Design credit to VEYLA CROCHET is appreciated. The PDF and its written instructions are for the purchaser’s own use.
NOTE — We’ll send the PDF pattern to the email address you used at checkout within 3 to 5 hours of purchase. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
